the business of the firm shall be to purchase the Immovable Properties and do the deal with the same, in regard to Construction, Development, Interior, Marketing, Sale, Maintenance, Owning, Letting etc. and dealing in real estate of Immovable properties, Commercial, Industrial and residential properties, and to develop the Immovable properties through the joint venture basis and to carry on such incidental act/s to fulfill the objective of business of the firm as the partners may deem fit to do from time to time and to do any other activity/ies which the partners deem fit.
