Bhartiya Urban Launches Nikoo Homes 8

Bhartiya Urban has announced the launch of Nikoo Homes 8, a new residential project in North Bengaluru. Bhartiya Urban has planned five to six new launches over the next year and intends to add more than ₹9,000 crore worth of fresh inventory across multiple locations. The project will also feature the Black Swan Club, a nearly 40,000-square-foot lifestyle and wellness centre designed as a social and recreational hub for residents. The facility will include community gardens, cafés, art studios, wellness spaces, and other amenities aimed at promoting interaction and community engagement. Nikoo Homes 8 enjoys strategic connectivity, located about seven minutes from Bhartiya City and major technology parks, 15 minutes from the upcoming Nagavara Metro Station, and approximately 25 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Residents will also have access to the wider Bhartiya City ecosystem, including Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru, The Leela Hotel & Residences, Chaman Bhartiya School, BCIT, Central Park, and existing Nikoo Homes communities.
